Certificates Required for Admission

Attested copies of the following certificates to be sent along with the application form.

• Marks card of the qualifying examination (II PUC/ PDC).
• SSLC marks card (with date of birth).
• Transfer Certificate.
• Migration Certificate.
• Conduct Certificate from Institution Last Attended.
• SC/ST/OBC Certificate (applicable only if it is attested).
• Eligibility Certificate.

Guide and Conduct

• Ragging is strictly prohibited (No Ragging in the History of this institution from the day it started).
• No Difference between the Seniors & Juniors but juniors has to respect seniors.
• Student has to maintain discipline & decorum inside and outside of the college.
• He/she has to undertake to attend the classes, practical, clinical, test, and seasonal examination regularly & maintain more than 85% of attendance to be qualified for the university/board examination.
• He/she will not be allowed to discontinue the course period at any cost. If he/she discontinues the course they have to pay full fee and other expenditure for entire course period i.e., four years of actual period.
